Essential functions will include:
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project management and contractual reporting to the North Slope Borough.
Read and interpret project contracts and prepare report formats as required by the contract.
Support project scheduling efforts, including familiarity with MS Project.
Attend weekly progress meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes as needed.
Track and code receipts to properly document project-related purchases; communicate purchase updates to the Borough.
Maintain both electronic and hard copy project files, ensuring accurate and organized recordkeeping.
Assist with reviewing and finalizing work plans.
Create Excel, Word, or PDF documents to support tracking, reporting, and documentation needs.
Support the PM in tracking staff time for field employees.
Assist with invoice review and issuance as required.
Coordinate project logistics, including small project tasks and activities.
Handle requests for information and data, resolving administrative issues or inquiries.
Ensure adherence to safe work practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
